Questions about Bingo Bango Bongo + Bonus? Start here — and if you're still stuck, email us.
How do I start a game?
Open the app and tap New Game with Bonus (or without, if your group isn't playing the Bonus point). Add each player's name, pick 9 or 18 holes, choose your starting hole, and you're off. There's no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
What are Bingo, Bango, Bongo and the Bonus?
Bingo — first player on the green. Bango — closest to the pin once everyone is on. Bongo — first to hole out. Bonus — win all three on the same hole and you earn a bonus point.
Each hole is worth three points (four with the Bonus), so even higher-handicap players stay in the mix all round.
Two players tied — who gets the point?
Didn't bring a tape measure? Use the tie button to split the point between the tied players. This is a friendly game — keep it moving and settle close calls the way your group always does.
I tapped the wrong player. Can I fix it?
Yes. Use the hole picker strip to jump back to any hole in a single tap and correct a miss-tap. Your leaderboard updates instantly.
What's the difference between solo and group mode?
Solo mode: one phone runs the board for the whole group — perfect if only one person wants to keep score.
Group mode: everyone joins the same game with a short code and watches the live score on their own phone.
Do you collect any of my data?
There's no account, no login and no email required, and we use no ads, analytics, or trackers. Solo rounds — your roster, games and history — stay in your device's local storage and are never sent to us.
Group rounds sync a small amount of data through our secure backend (hosted with Supabase) so every phone in the room stays in step: a room code, the token list, the first names and colors players enter, an anonymous device ID per phone, and the current token assignments. No last names, emails, phone numbers, location, or payment info. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I delete my data?
Solo data: delete individual rounds from the History screen, or remove everything by uninstalling the app (or clearing your browser's site data on the web).
Group rounds: when the host ends a room, its players and assignments are deleted; you can also leave a room at any time. For any other deletion request, email admin@cornerstoneideas.com with the room code.
Is the app free? Are there ads?
There are no ads and nothing that phones home. For current pricing, check the app's listing on the App Store or Google Play.
